It is marinated in a traditional way and the process of dry and maturation takes place in cold temperature. It is a slow process wich gives to the pieces a soft taste and smell. It is characterized by its lightly smoke process and it is cured for 4  weeks in natural driers. We package it in vacuum in two halves with an aproximately weight of 2kg

We select the best pork raw material and eleccionamos la mejor materia prima de cerdo y empleamos un adobo casero sin conservantes ni colorantes artificiales.

For a better preservation we recommend to put in the frige (0º-5º). The self life of this products is 30 days, but you can freeze them in order to get some more time. For air-dried products, we recommend to put them in the fridge  4 a 8ºC.
