Returns Policy
All products purchased from www.astorgourmet.es have a repayment period of 7 working days since the reception of the goods for the costumer. To proceed with the return of the product, must be presented with the original package, without openings and in perfect conditions. If the product has been manipulated we will not be responsible for those damaged goods resulted from improper use.
The transport cost shall be born by the customer.. Once we have received the return and verified the conditions of the products, we will refund the money of the product by the same method in which you made your purchase..

Astorgourmet reserves the right to refund the money if the problem is because the supplier fault.
In the case of receiving a damaged product for transportation, must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, for that we recommend that you check the status of the purchase at the time of receipt, we will change what your soon as possible, completely free of charge for the customer (including shipping costs, which shall be borne by Astorgourmet).
