Form of delivery
The order is delivered in boxes with the vacuum packaged products, with the contact information and address of the person who made the order, during normal office hours
In cases where the agency were unable to locate the recipient, the transoport agency will leave an advice note with a telephone number in order to arrange date, time and place of receipt the good, and it would be deliver the next day.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All products purchased from www.astorgourmet.es have a repayment period of 7 working days since the reception of the goods for the costumer. To proceed with the return of the product, must be presented with the original package, without openings and in perfect conditions. If the product has been manipulated we will not be responsible for those damaged goods resulted from improper use.
The transport cost shall be born by the customer.. Once we have received the return and verified the conditions of the products, we will refund the money of the product by the same method in which you made your purchase..
