Cured beef "Cecina" Polished big pieces
Vacuum package 2Kg. If it is preferred a more natural way keeping the performance of the Cecina, there are polished pieces. Those pieces are completely polished, cutted into two or three pieces for a better use, but with their natural shapes.
For a better enjoyment it is recommended to keep out at room temperature for some minutes before consumption, putting the smoked cure beef over a hot plate in order to obtain the best of the smell and taste.
